Performance issues

Hello,

We have a q&a website with around 700k questions, unfortunately the loading time of each page is just way too much. At first i thought it was a scalability issue with this plugin but i’ve found websites running this plugin with a similar amount of content (more actually) responding pretty fast.

So current performance issues:

1. It seems the main issue right now are related questions which delays page loading by 3-4 seconds due to its SQL query.
2. Question/Answer count, again due to SQL query.

We have already tried optimizing our database and creating the proper indexes, still we see this issue. Is there any solution/support we can get for this?
