Permission not work properly

Hi,
Please advise
The permission is set to allow subcriber to comment and answer, but they still can not comment/ answer.

Please advise how I can fix this. thanks

We have checked on our demo site and see that the plugin still works fine, you can send me your username & password of your site for further checking.
