Postname permalink not working if i click a question or submit a question

Page not found error when i submit a question with permalink ‘postname’.The same is the case when i click a particular question.Questions page & ask a question page are showing correctly.When i set the permalink to default everything is working smoothly

Of course ! However, you can change the Role section for the acc.

The problem is with my theme.I solved it.I have made some changes like Twenty twelve.The problem is in functions.php.
