Problem with posting an answer on our forum.

When we try to post an answer on our forum, it is not visible in the post itself. The requester does receive an email containing the answer.
Also, this problem is not with all questions, and when the answer is short there is also not a problem.
How can this be solved?

Could you send me the username and password of your site for further checking? Also, you can send me a screenshot about this issue.
