Problem with Social Counter

The social counters in DW Focus do NOT work. Regardless of the fact that the same question has been asked, and for some reason it was marked resolved. It is NOT resolved. When will this be resolved? Until then, how can I remove this terrible social counter? As far as the reasoning for the last question that was given along the lines of “the API can only update, when social counter API is updated”, why is it then that if you use ANY other social counter plugin they all work fine? Can’t you use similar coding?

Hi !
We use socials API to count that link share, it will be updated when API counter returns new count number of your link

As it has been said before whatever API your using is not working. The numbers never change. I made a post and then linked it via the Facebook button hours ago andthere is no change.
