Hello,
Two weeks after a PRO version purchase – still NO answer to any of my questions. Not here, not via email I sent over a week ago, and zero answer to my Facebook message.
This is my final attempt of getting in touch with you guys. I will have to give you one star and claim a refund on Evato Market.

Please accept my apology for the delay in getting back to you.

At the moment, the plugin will get the style and layout of the theme that you are using. If you want to show the plugin as our demo, you must use the DW Focus theme from our team. 
1/ In your case, We can provide a service to custom your theme to get the style as our theme. 
2/ About the sidebar on the categories page, you can send me the username & password of your site for further checking, I will help you resolve it. 
3/ Please let me know the filter option that you want to hide, I will help you remove it. 
4/ Give me the username & password of your site, I will help you custom the submit question form and fix the single question.
5/ At the moment, all the language from the plugin is come from the client provide and some of the languages is not full, you can use the Loco Translate plugin to translate.

Hi,
Thank you for asnwering my questions. Yes, I would like to have someone from your team to personalize the plugin. However, first there are technical issues that are still there. I have sent you a couple of emails  in the past 3 weeks with admin access to my website, but recieved now replies.
So how can I contact you to actually establish a contact?
Can you check your inbox and get back to me?

Hi Dominic, it’s been another week. Has someone access my site and checked the issue? It’s been over a months since I purchase full version from you and so far customer service has not been great.

I would like to introduce the Q&A to my readers this coming week. Its been long awaited since I announced it. At the moment it is unusable.
