Problem with Subscribe to our Newsletter option

Hi,
In my side after submitting the email id into Newsletter, get the message – Check your inbox or spam folder now to confirm your subscription. But when I refresh my website home page the email is still showing the Subscribe box.

Please help to resolve.

After 3 or 4 times doing refresh the page, then it will remove from subscription field.
But how to refresh automatically.

I think this issue came from the cache. When I check your site on my browser, it’s complete normal

I have checked your site and nothing happen, it’s work fine.

I think this issue due cache.
