Q&A Pro Update issue

Hello,
I noticed the update feature does not function as intended. So, I have tried to manually update but the evanto market tells me i have exceeded my download requests which apparently is often caused by using an auto updater.
Anyhow, I would like to update the plugin but it appears im not allowed to at this time. I have submitted a help request on the evanto market aswell. I’m not pleased that I am not allowed to access an update for a plugin that I have paid for simply because I’m using a built in update feature of the plugin.
This is the second time I have had issues when requiring a update. Can we please correct the update feature.

I sent and notified to our technical team about this issue, we will check and update the plugin.
