Thanks for looking into this. I still think that the plugin isn’t quite correct. If we compare the following questions (we has almost 300 on the site):
 
After a double chin injection will the skin where there was once fat be saggy?
Do you use dermal fillers in the frown lines between the eyebrows?
Can anti-wrinkle treatment turn out the lip?
 
They all have the same Related questions at the bottom:

Please could you look again – the plugin keeps showing the same 3 questions on most pages and is not dynamic based on content as far as I can see. Does the plugin rely on taxonomies, tags, categories or a combination of all of those?

Is there a front end way of looking to see what the problem is or can I send single files? I’d rather not give out FTP access
