More of a suggestion. Would be great if a list of related question appear after each question/answer post.

Thanks for the suggestion.
At the moment, DW Q&A supports the DWQA Related Questions widget which allows you to display the related questions. Go to Dashboard >>  Appearance >> Widgets and find the DWQA Related Questions widget here.
