Replace Page 1 label with static text

Hello.

I am looking to modify one of the functions of the theme.
On top of the posts is written "PAGE 1", which, to me, is obvious because it’s the top of the page.
I would like to replace this precise string with the mention NEWS, but not modify the other page count label behaviour.
I guess, I would just need to replace a PHP command with "NEWS", but I cannot find where to do that.

Ah… Unfortunately the website where this is hosted is a shared one, for which I don’t have FTP access… Unless you know how to access those files from the front end, I can’t…

You can install WP Editor plugin or use Cpanel.
