Set page templates?

Hi, on all of the pages with the shortcodes, the page is displayed correctly with the correct padding at the top and the top border… https://drops.jamesbarrett.io/3miy9x

I had a similar issue with another plugin I bought from CodeCanyon which I fixed by copying the contents of the themes php file into a new file and renaming it. Not sure what to do to get this working though?
