Samir Mastaliyevi already translated default.po – but on system nothing translated. may be it takes from other place that language files?

Hi,
To translate the theme, you need to use Poedit and it will automatically generate a .mo file.
Then rename the .mo file according Language code that you want to use (E.g: en_US.mo ). If you don’t know your language code, you can find a list of language codes at WordPress in your Language.
