share buttons messing up my page

Hi I can’t seem to isolate all my social media share buttons from appearing in the answers. I’d have to disable them completely, any answers? Also I’m not getting any notifications for new questions on my blog. It says in the notifications settings to insert an email address, but I’m not sure if I have to do that to get notifications, and where I would do that?
