Adding Shortcodes to Answer Question Text Editor

I have a shortcode that I would like the reader to use when answering a question.

How can I enable it so in the Text Editor, when answering question it is visible?

Which shortcode are you using? you can send me username & password of your site (via private answer) for further checking.
