shortcodes in DW Q & A

hi, I purchased the pro version of the plug in DSQ & A yesterday.
I have a worpress site with DIVI.
two simple problems

1- when I insert a photo the "shortcode" appears above and below, the request is that it cannot be seen (I have also installed the shortcode ultimate but nothing changes)

2- the customer asks a question, I insert the answer and this answer has a web link that is not the one I have chosen that I have to modify by hand ...

At the moment, I can not check your URL, I think you have removed the shortcode.
Please send me the username & password of your site for further checking.
