Attachment doesn't appear on front end of question

Hi there, on my dev site when I upload an attachment from my computer using the upload button to a question it appears at the bottom saying ‘Attachment’ and the name of the image and a link to it – however on my live site, this doesn’t appear no matter what I seem to do? Please see the difference http://rmfh.allismachine.com/question/another-questions-with-attachment/ – question is a draft hidden on live site but here’s a screenshot https://ibb.co/sRvgK0P

We have checked your site and see that the attachment file still shows on the question.

Hi Dominic, thanks for the response – that is the development site where it is working however the live site is https://manforhimself.com/forum.

I’m also having an issue where the tags on questions are outputting the category url instead of the tag url for some reason? https://manforhimself.com/question/fragrance/fragrance-for-dates/ see this post and then the tag links are coming out as the category url which is 404ing. The url structure I’m using in the settings is https://manforhimself.com/question/category-name/question-name
