sahilmehta There are 2 more important aspects which are very important
1) how will you stop spam registrations if you allow registration from backend. i enabled captcha plugins, but they don’t show up on ask a question page.
2) any one can register and post link in questions and answers.

At the moment we do not use captcha system on question submit page yet.
We will consider having this feature in our plugin soon to prevent spam. For now please enable Akismes Plugin of WordPress, it is very helpful plugin.
Or you can disable registration of your site, and this also disable new registration of dwqa submit page.

How do you control spam on your site because with registration enabled, we see lot of auto spam posts, questions being created. You are running a very heavy traffic site and it has been a long since you are using this plugin, so how are you managing it.
Akismet cannot stop posts. It only controls comments
