sofismithHi there, I had this all set up and working on a staging site but now we’ve moved live it’s having issues. Was all working fine but then after a while the template stopped working and now we have this https://manforhimself.com/question/another-test-question/ – it just echoes the category and question name with no template, no header, nothing. very odd! It’s only the single question that seems to have issues. Doesnt register a head or any of the WP header or footers. Help much appreciated 🙂

sofismithThanks Dominic, but I have managed to find a work around since then – it seemed to be an issue with installing the DW Assign Ticket plugin and then uninstalling. When reinstalling the assign ticket plugin again the single template went back to normal!

If you are using the DW Assign Ticket plugin, you can try to disable it. If you still facing their issue, you can send me the username & password of your site for further checking.
