We are setting DWQA Pro using and getting a Site Health Critical Error:

The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.
The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

Our development server is accessible at:

Do you have any suggestions we should do to resolve?

At the moment, I can not access your URL. Please send me the username & password of your site for further checking.

Did you see the access info we set up for you? The REST API error is still coming up with Site Health.
