Social wall doesn't link to single post page

Hi, my social wall page doesn’t link to the single post page
It works on the home-page and on the pages for each category but not on the separate page (called bloggen).
Other than that I love the theme!
Please help!

Apologies for the delay in replying to you. please tell me detail about this issue, I can not see the bloggen page anywhere on your site.
I think you need to change the permalink for the site.
