The text editor in the Ask Question page doesn't work when you log out.

Hi,
When I log out, I can’t type in the text editor in the Ask Question page.
Also, the buttons are missing.

Is this a known bug?

Thank you, Dominic, for your reply. I tested the plugin on localhost and had this issue. I installed it on my live website and things work fine.
