Thank you again for your help. Apparantly, you have now inversed the problem. The side bar for the categories of http://leclub.nqicorp.com/questions-et-reponses/ are working. But, the same side bar has become the default and overtaken the side bar of the page : http://leclub.nqicorp.com/idea-exchange/. Before this page had a different sidebar. Can you please rectify ? Every page has its own side bar.

Yes, the category pages have the same side bar for but now the Idea Exchange page has the same side bars as the Questions & Answers page ! I have sent you a screen shot in the post below. Thanks.

Either I was not clear or you miss understood. The Idea Exchange page had another its own side bar and button. The Question & Answser side bar is not supposed to be on the Idea Exchange side bar!!! Please go to the widget section and you will see the widgets associated with the Idea Exchange. Am I clear now ?
Yes, I have created another sidebar for the categories page To help you make the same sidebar for the pages of the question.
Yes, you have solved the issue for the question and answers page and all it’s categories page. Thank you! But in the process of doing so you have removed the right sidebar for the Ideas Exchange page !!! Also, I just noticed that the side bar for “Bonnes Pratiques” page is not the right one. I think while rectifying the question and answers page you messed the other ones. Please do rectify the sidebar of other pages as soon as possible.
As an example, I have send you a print screen of how the pages should look:
