Tokens like “Continue Reading” or « Read next » are not translated. Some missing translation : « Continue Reading » = « Continuer la lecture »
« Read next » = « Article suivant »
« By Benoit Pereira da Silva • On 26 août 2014 • In La marche » = « Par Benoit Pereira da Silva • Le 26 août 2014 • Dans La marche »
« The end » = « Fin » (at the end of the timeline)
« 1 min read » = « Lecture de 1 min »
Could you add those translation. English / French hybridation is not pro at all. Sample :http://walkingworking.com/md2014/
Hi,
To translate some word in your site, you can do as the following:
you can open the content.php file in the folder path “\wp-content\themes\dw-timeline-pro\templates”. Find the line 14.
– « Read next » = « Article suivant »
you can open the custom.php file in the folder path “wp-content\themes\dw-timeline-pro\lib”. Find the line 257.
– « By Benoit Pereira da Silva • On 26 août 2014 • In La marche » = « Par Benoit Pereira da Silva • Le 26 août 2014 • Dans La marche »
You can open the entry-meta.php file in the folder path “wp-content\themes\dw-timeline-pro\templates”.
– « The end » = « Fin » (at the end of the timeline)
You can open the home-stickiest.php file find the line 14 and open the scripts.php file in the folder path “wp-content\themes\dw-timeline-pro\lib”. Find the line 61
Hope this helps !
Dominic, could you please in next release : in lib/init.php line #7 change '/lang' to '/languages' it will work better.
load_theme_textdomain('dw-timeline', get_template_directory() . '/languages');
Thank you for your comment, my friend 🙂
Dominic, you find the fr_FR.po and .mo Feel free to distribute it in the next release.
