Title in 'Trending Now' overlaps with previous title text

if you want to fix  the Title in ‘Trending Now’, you can add the following code

where shall I add this code…There is no theme option available after installing the theme..

In the updated version of the theme, the Theme Option is not visible in the back-end, you can find it here: Appearance > theme > Customize > General Settings
