Add a message, when already voted or not allow to vote (like Stackoverflow)

Hi there,
Can you please add a message, when the user tries to vote but is not allowed to? Or when he has to log in to vote etc.
Like:

And also show, if the user already voted:

Thanks for your feed back. At the moment, DW Q&A does not support this issue. I think it’s great Idea. We will discuss about this issue.
