natekinkeadAll new questions submitted by end users are coming through with the titles changed to look like the slug. All the spaces are being swapped out for dashes or hyphens.
For instance, this question title on my site would come through like “titles-are-changing-to-looking-like-the-slug”
This is not just a front-end display issue, but I see this as the title in the back-end as well.
It happens on about 50% of the new questions starting from April 2016.
I’m always keeping the plugin up to date.
Any ideas why this is happening and how to solve it?

DominicI have added a new question and it works fine, you can let me know the step to created the question or the format of question title that you are using to create the question.
