User logged in for questios

Hi!!
Is there a way that users can ask questions, without them needing to be logged in WordPress? Or neither having them to write there name and email? I have a site where users just register their data, but its not need for them to be logged in to see stuff. But when they answer questions, the plugin says you need to be logged in. or either write a name and email.
