Hi, I would like to know if the DW Helpdesk theme has NO User registration, login, user “my account” nor profile. (Users seems to login directly the wordpress dashboard when you click on the demo login) However when you try to post a question you must register but registration is not available for the demo. Also I would like to know if it has different levels of user privileges, I need users who can post questions and special user who can  respond questions. Can you please clarify me this point before I buy it? thanks guys in advance.

Yes, the helpdesk theme has not the User registration, login, user “my account” nor profile page. All the page is WordPress default. If you want to have this pages, you can use third party plugin to create the pages.
The Q&A plugin have supported to the user must register when submitting question or answer, you can enable from the backend. In the demo, we can not allow user submit question and register. So, we have disabled this feature. Also, this feature using the WordPress default. If you want to customize another login/register page, you can change the link for this section. I will help you change the link to go to your login page.

At the moment, the plugin only supports to setting the rule of the user, you can allow the user can view, submit question/answer, comment from the back-end of the Question setting, you can refer here: https://www.designwall.com/guide/dw-question-answer-plugin/
