View count not growing due to caching

Hi,
I’m using WP Fastest Cache and Cloudflare for making my site load fast. But Now I see that question view counts are not growing though people are visiting those links. Should I exclude all urls with “/questions” from caching? Or is there any other solution? Thanks.
