Vote buttons and correct answer button doesnt work.

I am using wordpress 4.0. After lot of search on google, finally I’ve decided to go with your plugin for my blog. I was able to install successfully and set it up. While testing I see some issue.
1) Vote up/down buttons are doing nothing.
2) Comments made are visible only to admin and the user who commented. I couldn’t not see the comments if I am not logged into the site.
 
Can you please help me on this?
