The difference between these widgets: DW Focus: Featured News vs. DW Focus: Recent News:
+ The DW Focus: Recent News widget : this widget will display all the latest posts created in a category or all categories that you select in the widget.
+ The DW Focus: Feature News widget will display all the posts that marked “Sticky” in a category or all categories that you select in the widget.
