When editing my site in WP I can see the latest changes, but live I can't see the changes I made?

Hello,
I have installed DW Minion and made some changes to the theme mostly on the right hand sidebar.  I added a Pinterest Widget, the accordian, and text box to the right sidebar and can see the changes when I am logged into the dashboard.  But when I check the site without being logged into WP I can’t see any of the changes I made.
Any help will be appreciated.
