Why email notifications are not working?

I tested and send a test question with my email and then I answered the question and never received an email about the answer. I also checked my spam folder. Can you help?

Have you enabled the Notification option? Please check this feature in the Dashboard > Questions > Settings > Notification. Also, you need to enable SMTP from the server or install SMTP plugin.
