Woocommerce city or area IP blocking / redirecting solution

I am looking for input, an opinion or your experience;
I would like to be able to show website surfers who come across my website or woocommerce site different sites based on IP. I have an e-commerce site to sell into areas where I do not have a retail partner. I would like to block or steer surfers in those areas where I have a retail partner to a ‘no discounts’ e-shop. This protects my retail partner relationship all the while fostering sales in more remote areas.
DO YOU KNOW A GOOD SOLUTION FOR THIS IDEA?

Need a way to redirect users based on country or IP address on your WordPress site? In this case, you can refer the Geo Redirects plugin
