I like the way you have my account, profile displayed on the top bar of questions page
How can we do the same

Did you mean the profile (after login) on the top right side?

I believe you’re talking about the buddypress integration

That is custom code we did for DesignWall website only. Though we used BuddyPress, but we have customized the code to fit our need.
