How to manually approve the questions before being posted?

Hello! 
First of all, thanks a lot for such a great plugin. Please i have the following questions:
1. How to adjust the settings in such a way that i can manually approve the submitted questions instead of being published directly?
2. When users are registering in my site, they can post questions before verifying their email address. Is that something i have to fix in my website or is it something i can tune from the plugin? 
Any suggestions, tips or answers to my questions will be greatly appreciated.
