persian charecters not shown in the list

Hi
When i sent a question writen in farsi, with persian charecters, then those charecters are not shown in the question list page. It shows as ??? instead of the real persian charecters. But when i open the question page i see that the persian charecters are shown well there. So what is the problem with the listing page? I use the widget and even there, the charecters are shown well. The problem is only in the listing page. Follow the link below too see what i mean.
