Anonymous user won't receive email if question is private

I have checked your site and see that you are using the older version of the plugin, we have released the laster version 1.1.2 and we have fixed/improve many issues and options. I think you should update the plugin to latest version.
If you have not any custom the file in the older version, you can download the latest version and override the old version. Or you can disable and remove the old version then install the new version, all the questions and answer won’t lost on your site.

The reason I didn’t update is that newer versions don’t send email notifications to anonymous users (version 1.0.5 does this).

I downloaded it from Codecanyon. In WordPress, it is shown to be version 1.1.0.
I see in the changelog that the latest version is 1.1.2.
Where can I get 1.1.2?

However, my Questions page looked broken, probably because two versions were installed at the same time, so I reverted back to 1.1.0.

I tried installing that version but it made my page look broken.

I have reverted back to version 1.0.5.

When I went to plugin’s templates folder, I saw that it is missing the PHP files. May this be the cause?

I notice that the page is only broken when the URL is http://www.toeicmoingay.com/hoi-dap. When I change the URL, it isn’t broken.

Yesterday, we have checked your site and change the pro plugin to the latest version to fix the issue with the sidebar, and we have fixed it. About the style of the plugin, I will access and help you resolve it now.
Also, about the anonymous cannot submit the question. I have checked your site and see that it’s work fine in the today.

I think everything works fine now except some styling. The status icon is missing and shows a solid color. Also, the position of the avatars is a bit off.
