Ask a question form not displaying correctly

Hi, see below link. My form is not formatted correctly. it doesn’t look nice like this form I’m using now. What can I do to fix? I am using the listingpro theme from themeforest. https://www.solarmedic.com.au/solar-power-advice-ask-a-question/

The plugin using the format of the WordPress default. In this case, you can let me know detail about this form. What do you want to change? I will check and help you add CSS for this form.
