The parent theme could not be found

Hi,

I have DW Focus active in my site but when I try to install child theme, system said that can not found the parent theme.

Her is the sytle.css in child theme:

/* 
 Theme Name:     Focus-CCAO
 Author:         GlobalWebs: [email protected]
 Author URI:     www.globalwebs.website
 Template:       DW Focus
 Version:        1.0 
*/ 

@import url("../dw-focus_1.0.7_theme/style.css");

Please look screenshots where you can see that parent exists and folders are right.
