Apple RinquestWhen I change the permission setting for question, answer, comment. Then save for 3 groups, all permission are reset(meaning all values are true). if I change 2 groups(any groups) then save. the changes are saved correctly.

Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking (via private answer).

Hi,I enable only DWQA plugin only (before I use bbpress plugin as well) and the problem is the same.Before changing:Question group, only Admin and contributor can read/post/edit/delete.Answer group, only Admin and contributor can read/post/edit/delete.Comment group, admin and editor can read/post/edit/delete. subscriber,author, contributor can read/post. Anonymous can no nothing.After changing:Question group, only Admin and contributor can read/post/edit/delete.Answer group, only Admin and contributor can read/post/edit/delete.Comment group, only Admin and contributor can read/post/edit/delete.Then save. and the result is all roles can read/post. only admin, editor,contributor can edit/delete. the result is for all 3 groups.
Update: I install fresh WP and install DWQA plugin. The problem is still the same.
