How can I add Country, City and Short bio of the Agent answering under any answer?

I’d like to give them more visibility so, when they register, I’d like to ask them Photo, Country, City and Short bio… and then to show it under any answer.

How?

I’m not expert but with right suggestions I can try…
Of course, if any volunteer offers help, Ill be grateful! ; )
