Plugin is breaking the contact page provide by my theme?

Here is a link to my contact page.. when the plugin is activated, the header, footer and contact form disapear?

any idea what may cause this?

Hi there ! you can try this :
Open file
/plugins/dw-question-answer/inc/templates/default/assets/css/style.css
and delete this part at the end of file
/*# sourceMappingURL=style.css.map */
Don’t know is it safe, but it helps.

That didn’t change anything.. any other ideas?

Dear Bryce Nagels : i see that you have some js at the contact page , can you try comment or remove them , then active DWQA ?That contact page lost all the footer when DWQA activated, If the footer appear then the main cause will be that Java script , can you try it ? 🙂
