I am already having so many things done at our end to prevent spam registartions, but still we are daily getting spam questions and registrations from .com ids

We can feel you on this issue. We are updating DW Q&A plugin, and in the upcoming version we will add Captcha section to prevent spam questions.
We will release this version later this week so stay tuned.
