DW Focus Theme - Cannot Customize theme

Problem 1: I am using focus thme for few month but recently when i go to Appearance – Customise it does not give me any option to customize.

Problem 2 – I have already update the Logo, but still if i click some of the menu if show me the old Focus logo.

Help please.

Same issue with Customisation !

Hi,
Apologies for the delay in replying to you.
1. Make sure you are using the latest version 1.1.0.
Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking (via private answer).
