DW Store Theme (Not Allowed Access)

I have followed the install instructions and when I click on

Install Required & Recommended Plugins

I get a blank page with this error, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
Very problematic install.

Please send me username & password of your site for further checking. I will help you install the theme.

I have helped you resolve this issue, you can check your site now. Also, I have installed the latest version 1.0.5.
All the plugin have installed, you can not click to install the plugin now.
