DWQA Email Notification not Working, Error Message Received when Saving

Hello,
I’ve just recently installed DWQA and we love. However, notification emails are not being sent.

Checking the emails in admin, when I save I receive this error message “Failed to load plugin url: https://visionaryfictionalliance.com/wp-admin/edit.php?page=dwqa-settings&WLMTNMCEPlugin4=1”

Is this a conflict with another plugin? I am running WishList Member and it shows “…WLMTNMCEP…” so that might be the problem.

In this case, can you share your username & password of your site for further checking?
