Edit/Create Custom Templates

Hi
Just bought the plugin Knowledge Base but i just cannot get the nice ”fancy” templates as you showed in the readme and demo: https://iphonekoning.nl/kennisbank/
How can it shows the categories for example? I just want exactly like: http://demo.designwall.com/dwkb
Maybe you can help?

You can setting the plugin as the following screenshot:
