Email notifications not sending to anonymous

We are currently building a site and are using your plugin at http://interneteksperten.dk/spoergsmaal/.

However we have a problem:

When an anonymous user has created a question, the user only get notification emails when a staff member writes an answer. Whenever an anonymous user writes an answer the OP doesn’t get an email notification. Is this something we can fix or does it only work in the paid version?

At the moment, the user can get the email when is the author, subscriber of the questions. If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.
